This DVD features quite a bit of Manaka sensei teaching the basics of Kukishin Ryu Bojutsu, including how and where to hold the Bo, kamae and how to strike with the Bo. Manaka sensei does quite a bit of Takagi Yoshin Ryu Omote Gata, and ends with him doing Kihon Happo
Noguchi Sensei demonstrates Sanshin no kata (very nice form) One of the the other shihan (Possibly Nakadai) shows Keri, Sanshin no kata and Kihon Happo
Hatsumi sensei teaches some nice Taijutsu and Hanbojutsu. There is a little bit of Ishizuka Sensei doing Kihon Happo
